The SSI Perfect Buoyancy speciality is the best way to improve your body position for relaxed dives, lower your air consumption and increase your bottom times. Learn advanced buoyancy skills and techniques, allowing you to master your buoyancy more quickly and equipping you to be more comfortable and safe underwater.
The SSI Science of Diving specialty will help you develop a complete understanding of the underwater world and its effects on the human body. This specialty is required training for most SSI Professional programs, as well as some Extended Range programs, and is an essential way to expand your dive knowledge.
Extend your dive time, shorten your surface intervals and spend more time exploring the dive sites you love, with the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox speciality certification program. Learn how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen.
